Salmon Cakes

photo-3-300x2252 cans of salmon. (I used cans that were 5 oz. each)

1 cup mixed peppers

1 cup oat flour quick cooking oats (I used regular oats and ground them into a coarse flour in a food processor)

2 eggs beaten.

1 Tbsp fresh dill

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp red pepper powder


Combine all ingredients in a big bowl and combine together with your hands. Make patties to a size of your liking. If you want a higher quantity, make them smaller. I made 4 large-ish patties. Place a small layer of olive oil or avocado oil in a pan and heat to med. Cook on each side 4-5 minutes until it’s toasted slightly and firm.
